I get an error stating my property is already in the database? How did it get there?

We process listings feeds from many brokers. It is possible that your proeprty was part of brokers feed. You can 'claim' a listing from a feed as your own. To do this, search for your property. Once you have found your property there is a 'Claim Listing' link on the left hand side. Click this link and follow the instructions to claim the listing as your own.
