Is Pad4Pad a real estate broker or associated with MLSs or any particular brokers?

No. Pad4Pad is an independent, unbiased real estate advertising and search Web site. All company funding comes from outside the real estate industry. We do not hold a brokerage license, nor do we get involved in the home transaction. We provide real estate market information to help home buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions, but transactions are handled by licensed real estate agents and brokers.
