Can a home be listed on this site if it is already listed with a realtor? What legal reprecussions or lawsuits would occur?
I have a home for sale and would trade it for a new Class C motorhome plus a tow vehicle or class A motorhome with low milage. I would only do this if it is legal.

It sure can, but you will still be required to pay commisions to your realtor if you are under contract
