I do not understand. I thought one could offer property for sale or swap on this site. Under my ad post it said "No.

I am willing to pay for the classified ad to sell and/or swap my property. Please explain how to do the ad.

Once you registered you need to add a "Swap Listing". To do this login into pad4pad then click the "Add Listing" link on the left hand site. When the "Add Listing" page shows select "Swap" listing as the listing type. Then follow the instructions and fill out the rest of the information.
