How does the feed work? Can anybody Feed Listings?

Anybody can feed us listings, but feeds are best suited for internet savy brokers who have alot of listings. Feeding listings to us requires a programmer to generate xml compliant with the Pad4Pad or Zillow feed sepcification. We consume the feed 1 time a week and add/udpate/delete listings in Pad4Pad.
