creative to sell their properties quickly. Pad4pad makes the process of home swapping easy. When you list your property with pad4pad,
not only will you be able to post your property on our site, to be seen by thousands, but you will be able to tell pad4pad where you want
to move. Once listed, you will be able to run swap searches that will identify people who live where you want to live, that want to move
where you are. You will be able to send individual or group emails to potential swaps that match your search criteria. Your swap offers
will be received and reviewed by the owners/real estate agents. If your home meets what both parties are looking for, you will be able to
schedule a showing and start the buying/selling process.

Follow the registration process to tell us everything about your property and "where you want to move".

Once registered, from the “My Listings” screen, click on "Search for Swaps". Tell us what city, state or zip code of
where you want to move. Or you can do a detailed search for the must have features in your new home.

Click the "Search" button to review your matches. When a property or properties match your needs, either send an
individual swap offer or send a group swap offer. An email will be sent to each property owner or real estate agent
with a link to your properties details. Once reviewed, there are options to either accept or decline the swap offer.
Once accepted, it is up to you to schedule showings for both properties. The process is then the same as a normal home
purchase and sale. Make an offer and close the deal. If you would like assistance through the process, go to our home page

List for FREE
- You can add your listing for FREE by recommending 5 of your friends to visit our site.
Supply us with 5 email addresses and we will send an email inviting them to visit your listing and Pad4Pad.com. Listing stays on Pad4Pad until you delete it.
Pay per property
- 1 time flat fee of $20.00 per listing. Listing stays on Pad4Pad until you delete it. (no email addresses are required)
Multiple listing packages
- Bronze Package. Up to 5 listings $80.00
- Sliver Package. Up to 10 listings $140.00
- Gold Package. Up to 20 listings $240.00
- Platinum Package. Up to 50 listings $500.00

Searching
Pad4Pad’s 2 search options:
- Listing search available to anyone free of charge. This type of search allows anybody to search any of our
listings which match the your criteria.

SWAP searches are designed for Pad4Pad users which have listed a property with us. When you list a property we
collect all the normal attributes of what you are selling and we collect information on what you are looking to
purchase. The swap search engine will look for matches on your purchase criteria with other pad4pad users purchase
criteria. From the search results you can send emails to one or all of the property owners/real estate agents to
determine if there is interest in swapping properties.
Listing Properties
Listing properties on Pad4Pad is easy. If you do not have a property listed, click the Register button on the home screen and follow the directions.
Once you register, click the Add Listing link from the left navigation pane. Follow the 3 easy steps.

- Preview listing and add up to 6 more images
- Input payment information and post listing.
